Specializing in High-Availability Infrastructure & Kubernetes
DevOps Engineer currently at SoftBD Ltd., with 2 years of hands-on experience deploying and managing mission-critical infrastructure for Bangladesh government websites. I specialize in building highly available Kubernetes clusters that serve millions of citizens with 99.9%+ uptime.
My expertise spans the complete DevOps lifecycle - from infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Pulumi, to container orchestration with Kubernetes, to database administration and monitoring. I've successfully delivered robust, scalable solutions on AWS cloud platform, ensuring government services remain accessible and secure 24/7.
I'm passionate about traveling to different places, exploring new cultures, and experiencing diverse perspectives.
View ResumeIn this collaborative government project, serving as the central Cloudflare gateway to e-services (e.g., training, taxes, health inquiries) for millions of citizens, the platform federates 5 specialized clusters—Ministry, Directorate, Education, Result, and Field—supporting nearly 34,000 government websites. As part of the deployment team, I containerized applications and implemented a high-availability MySQL cluster for database redundancy and failover, handling up to 1M concurrent requests per minute with 99.9% uptime, plus an advanced firewall system featuring WAF and intrusion detection for robust security. This ensured seamless access to ministry-linked services and emergency hotlines, strengthening my skills in scaling legacy systems securely via Bangladesh's National Data Center.
In this collaborative government project for digital land records, I contributed to the deployment team by containerizing applications with Kubernetes, setting up GitLab CI for CI/CD, and ArgoCD for GitOps. This enabled efficient online applications for khatians and Mouza maps with postal delivery, handling over 1.7 crore users. It honed my perseverance in integrating legacy systems and commitment to secure, scalable infrastructure.
In this international collaborative project for Somalia's Ministry of Internal Security, overseeing law enforcement, intelligence, immigration, and emergency responses to ensure citizen safety, I contributed to the deployment team by deploying the HRM portal on a development server with Kubernetes configuration capable of managing up to 1,000 concurrent admin requests for security agency coordination, maintaining 99.9% uptime in sensitive environments. Currently, as a dev setup, it doesn't handle thousands of requests, but the deployment is optimized for scaling. Set up GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD GitOps workflows, with cloud managed resilient infrastructure, optimized for low-latency access in international government operations.
Handled deployment of HRM and resource management systems using Kubernetes, scaled to support 800 requests per minute for defense policy workflows, with 99.95% uptime. Integrated GitLab CI for continuous integration, ArgoCD for automated updates, ensuring secure and efficient handling of stakeholder data.
With all government sites migrated to V2, I contributed to orchestrating Kubernetes deployment for cabinet e-services by integrating a high-availability Elasticsearch cluster for search and analytics, and implementing Prometheus and Grafana for comprehensive system monitoring. I configured monitoring dashboards to track database cluster performance, application metrics, and overall system health. The infrastructure, which included multiple HA clusters (Redis, Elasticsearch, database sharding, AutoMQ), handled up to 2M requests per minute during policy announcements, achieving 99.9% uptime. I worked with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD for GitOps, and Terraform on AWS to enable seamless scaling for performance monitoring and complaint systems serving government officials.
In this international collaborative project for a housing rental platform in Norway, streamlining property management, roommate matching, and secure rentals for tenants and landlords, I worked as a Node.js backend developer on an AWS serverless application comprising 20 different services. This ensured high security and efficiency for B2B/B2C users. It sharpened my abilities in building scalable, serverless backend systems on AWS.
In this collaborative SaaS project for Aalo, an education management platform serving 400+ schools and colleges across Bangladesh and handling millions of daily transactions, I contributed to infrastructure deployment. I containerized applications built with CakePHP, and MySQL clusters using Kubernetes, configured GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and implemented ArgoCD for GitOps on AWS with Terraform. This experience strengthened my expertise in deploying and scaling high-traffic SaaS platforms serving educational institutions nationwide
In this collaborative government project establishing Union Digital Centers as one-stop rural access points for public/private services like info on agriculture/health, training, photocopying, and e-commerce, I contributed to the deployment team by containerizing applications with Kubernetes, setting up GitLab CI for CI/CD, and ArgoCD for GitOps. This empowered underserved communities with ICT. It refined my commitment to scalable, inclusive infrastructure using Oracle cloud
In this collaborative government project for the National Intelligence platform matching skills, education, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth via integrated data from 32 departments, I contributed to the deployment team by containerizing applications with Kubernetes, setting up GitLab CI for CI/CD, and ArgoCD for GitOps. This facilitated career guidance and job matchmaking. It advanced my perseverance in data-driven systems using Oracle cloud.
In this collaborative ILO-led project (ISEC) enhancing skills and economic opportunities for women, youth, and vulnerable groups in Cox's Bazar through training, livelihoods, and labour market platforms, I contributed to the deployment team by containerizing applications with Kubernetes, setting up GitLab CI for CI/CD, and ArgoCD for GitOps. This promoted resilience and job access. It honed my skills in supporting humanitarian tech infrastructure with Oracle cloud
In this collaborative government project for unified land administration, I worked as a backend developer using NestJS, building scalable APIs for managing land records, registration, leases, and compliance digitally. I designed RESTful endpoints, integrated Mysql databases, kong api-gateway, Keycloak sso, and implemented business logic to streamline land operations and enable data-driven decision-making.
Let's build reliable infrastructure together! Whether you need consultation on high-availability systems, Kubernetes deployment, or cloud architecture - I'm here to help.
